We recently went to visit Santa. He had asked the Real Estate Nation Team for an updated market analysis of his home! We do those all the time and had no trouble making it a team event to visit with him. There were freshly made cookies and gallons of milk to enjoy at his home. The reindeer were quite loud and we didn’t mind at all, they were super friendly and ready for Christmas Eve.
While there, he did inform us you were on his nice list.
