I met with Gina to walk through my house and by the time we finished that day I had a great understanding of the process and what to  expect. She attended the inspection and the closing as we were not in town. She even did the final walk through and picked up mail for us and escorted an appraisal. Gina was extremely helpful and accommodating throughout the process of selling and buying. After beginning our house search, we decided to put it on hold for a few years until we were ready. Gina was very patient throughout those years, waiting for us to be ready and not trying to force anything.  Once we actively began searching again, Gina was very helpful in all aspects of the house search, and almost immediately seemed to understand what we wanted before we even did! From the negotiations, to the inspections, to walk through’s and closings, Gina knew what to say and when. Gina was also a calming presence throughout the home selling process, answering any question we had and even providing a home staging expert to give us advice for free! We will never use a different agent as long as Gina is available!

We can’t say enough good things about our experience working with Gina to find our home. We were relocating for work and she took the time to make sure any and all questions we had were answered. Before we even came to Minnesota to look for houses she had done a lot of work to ensure our time was well spent. As a person, she is delightful to spend time with (as you inevitably visit more homes than you can imagine), and as an agent she is sharp and works hard on her clients’ behalf. Gina went above and beyond the call of duty to help us find our perfect home, scouring neighborhoods and reaching out to builders to find out what homes were not yet listed on the MLS.

As relocation clients, we were hesitant about working with an agent from long distance. Gina put our concerns to rest as she quickly learned our tastes and requirements and set about finding great properties for us to view. When we were unable to fly to Minnesota to view homes, she did FaceTime tours for us to see if the house was a contender. We cannot recommend Gina highly enough!

Gina has done a great job for us on multiple real estate transactions over the years. She’s professional and fast responding and knowledgeable. She takes care of everything and is accessible anytime there’s a question big or small. The house we just sold had 26 showings in 2 days and sold immediately for more than asking price.
